CALL TO ORDER
Rev. Olav Kitchen called the meeting to order at 1 p.m. with a Prayer of Memory and Thanksgiving.
MOTION: That Richard Dalton is Chairperson for this and other Congregational Meetings held throughout the year. Carried by Consensus.
The Chairperson opened the meeting with prayer.
MOTION: That Barbara Whittle be Secretary for the meeting. Carried by Consensus.
MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING:
MOTION: That 2022 Annual Meeting minutes of February 6, 2022 be approved as circulated. Carried by Consensus. 2022 ANNUAL REPORT
MOTION: That the printed Annual Report is accepted as circulated (excluding 2022 Income & Expense Statement and Trinity’s 2023 Budget). Carried by Consensus.
Olav mentioned Funeral Services, Wedding, and Baptism at which he had presided in 2022 and offered a prayer for Darren Wilson who is now in hospital.
RECEIVE REPORTS FROM THE OFFICIAL BOARD & CONGREGATION
MOTION: To accept all Official Reports from the 2022 Annual Report as presented. Carried by Consensus.
B. Haggins explained that receipts were $20,000 down due to an excess of cash in the Charge bank account. M. Santos further explained that the Charge is allowed a float of $10,000 and anything above that is to be returned to the two churches. This will be brought forward to and discussed at the next Official Board Meeting.

Clifford Balkwill and John Pare were made Honorary Members of the Session.
STEWARDS: Mary Maedel and Margaret Fittler agreed to serve another term ending January, 2026.
TRUSTEES: Clifford Balkwill and Barbara Keyes agreed to serve another term ending January, 2026.
MINISTRY & PERSONNEL: Margaret Fittler agreed to serve another term ending January, 2026.
