CALL TO ORDER
Rev. Olav Kitchen called the meeting to order at 1105 a.m. with a Prayer of Memory and Thanksgiving. He explained the two types of voting: mover and seconder and carried by consensus. He also checked that people on Zoom can use symbols in the reactions and phone people can use *6 to mute and unmute and *9 to raise hand.
MOTION: That Richard Dalton be Chairperson when he arrives and
Barbara Whittle be Secretary. Carried by Consensus.
MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING:
MOTION: That 2021 Annual Meeting minutes of February 21, 2021 be approved as circulated. Carried by Consensus. RECEIVE REPORTS FROM TJHE OFFICIAL BOARD & CONGREGATION
MOTION: To accept all Official Reports from the 2021 Annual Report as presented. Carried by Consensus.
PRINTED & ONLINE 2021 ANNUAL REPORTMOTION: That the printed and online 2021 Annual Report is accepted as circulated and amended (excluding 2022 Income and Expense Statement and Trinity´s 2022 Budget). Carried by Consensus.
FINANCE PRESENTATON
MOTION: That the 2021 Income & Expense Statement and 2022 Budget are accepted as presented. Carried by Consensus.
2022 MISSION AND SERVICE GOAL
MOTION: Mission and Service Goal for 2022 remains at $8,750. Carried by Consensus.
RE- ELECT MEMBERS OF THE TRINITY SESSIONS, STEWARDS, TRUSTEES AND MINISTRY AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE
SESSION: Margaret Pare will serve another term ending January, 2027. Deanna Reid declined re-election.
STEWARDS: Beverley Haggins and Trevor Hedge will serve another term ending January, 2025. Robert Reid declined re-election.
TRUSTEES: As Bernard Nelson was not present, he will be approached to serve a further term. Charles Whittle will serve another term ending January, 2025.
MINISTRY & PERSONNEL: Robert Pare will serve another term ending January, 2025.
MOTION: That re-elections for 2022 are approved as outlined above. Carried by Consensus.
NEW BUSINESS:
In response to a request from Deanna Reid for help in getting scripture readers, Barbara Whittle offered her assistance.
Beverley Haggins, Margaret Pare and Marie Santos were thanked along with all members of the congregation for keeping our church running smoothly.
Bonnie Monminie reported that she is still awaiting word on Trinity´s Bingo Registration.
